I have a question.
I noticed that in current steam verion of the game some skills in skill tree differ from what I can find in skill simulators etc.
For example: Extension for Lily's tornado (red one), in steam version makes it deal more damage and move towards enemies. However the same extension in simulator for lvl 60 version of the game changes, so the tornado moves only forward.
Does it mean, that when we will hit the lvl 60 patch, we will also receive that skill update?
If so then it should be better to build a character acording to how skills are in lvl 60 version of the game, right?
I'm asking because that particular skill extension is decent in steam version, but becomes kinda shitty in full release, so I don't want to make bad choices.
Ty for help.
Difference in skill trees between versions of the game

The simulator is updated to include advancements and future balances. Right now the cap is 55 and not 60!

Yes, I'm aware of that. I just wanted to be sure that I should build my character according to lvl 60 standards, so the skill changes that will come when game goes 55 -> 60 won't goof me over

Oh my bad. Yeah I think it's fine to be building towards advancement patch since we don't know if we'll be getting a skill reset in the future. I don't know what to tell you really, I'd really just recommend asking other players who have used it before on their opinions for skills!
