I would like to form CLAN or Faction with friendly and serious ppl

Hi guys my name is Luka IGN:TenZo nice to meet you. So i would like to form clan or faction with players that are serious about playing, i have played decent amount of time on some private server and i think i saw there is some kind of clan or faction system. Let me know if you are interested. I am thinking about clan with 4 HEAD admins where every decision is going to be voted by them and if 3 persons are for it we are going to do it / if less then 3 then we wont. Reason im doing this is because i dont want there to be any kind of fighting between members. I will always be open to every suggestion or objection so feel free to talk to me. Also i think that it is important to say that i am 17 years old from Serbia. Also reason for doing this is because i want to have fun with bunch of new friends while playing this game
