Grinding alts for a few days is the only way. Pretty sure there's a blue quest from Trisha in Candus that gives one. A level 55 character gets a total of 7 I think... at least that's how many I have and I haven't used any.

I can tell that you can get one from a side-quest in Grace City at lvl 35 as im doing it right now... but to grind alt to 35lvl seems really annoying to me (im at my first playthrough tho).

Yeah, that's the problem. Grinding for few levels for anti-desctruction and cards it's not a struggle but lv 35 for 3 of them is kinda annoying.
I thought maybe there could be a way to get them with future Raids (GC, Primal or stuff like that), FeelsBadMan.

As someone already said, you can get one at Candus City. I believe it's at lv21, so its not too bad.
Plus I think you also get a bank expansion ticket after finishing Candus City? Not too sure about this one which is why I have a question mark. (I remember finding out I had a ticket in my inventory when I was starting in Grace City, so I figured it came from completing Candus.) But if its true, you'll might as well finish off Candus City.
