how to glow on armor?

Have an equipped costume piece filled with 3 brooches of the same rarity (e.g. 3 green, 3 blue, etc.), then there's a dropdown menu at the bottom of the "Fashion" equipment window that lets you turn on the aura effect.

To clarify. The glow is only accessible if you have 3 that are yellow quality or higher. Mega, Tera, etc.
Green and blue sets do not provide a visual effect. When you have unlocked it you will see a new dropdown menu appear beneath the boots section of your fashion tab.

Ah well, currently yellow provides green sparkles, and red is providing blue. It very well may be a bug then.
