Please reread the previously linked thread. You'll note -two- dates and times for maintenaces. The maintenance just now was for daylight savings time. The other is for bug fixes. Hence why I said -MONDAY-.

It seems this was reported in bugs. Their attempt to fix it fixed the percentile, but not the trigger to give rewards. I recommend patience at this point, I'm sure they're aware and will update us soon!
