So as of lately i don't know why when i go to outfits even when i have 3k soulcash i can't buy a outfit that's 1.9k because it says "not available" and is grey does anyone know how to fix this or what to do when this happens? or is it a bug that needs to be fixed? also provided a picture just incase.

Do you have a character above level 15? I saw something saying you had to be at least level 15 to buy some stuff from the cash shop, but I could be wrong. But it seems most people who can't aren't level 15

no sadly my other character is level 14 which i can level up to 15 if needed be

Could be a bug or undocumented change. Someone was saying that the limited AR transmitter pack was greyed out until they were 25.
