literally restart steam, exit the process and open it again

My friends cant play from Steam, the game is crashed when they see the Gameforge word.

Did you try to download the game from website?
https://us.soulworker.gameforge.com/
Once you are done with loading then launch the game. It will start downloading the patch automatically. Wait a little and then press Start. (Its what i did) -
week loss , there's nothing to do, just wait for the next update
