As title says...
There already was thread where people trying to get their "reserved" names and it seems like it's not such an easy task. So while im waiting for Iris im really bothered about ways to change/swap her name with one of my current alts. It also holds me from leveling that alt with "reserved" nickname in case there's no options to safely swap names without deletion.
To be more specific:
1) Will there be option to swap names via support request?
2) Will there be some kind of cash shop vouchers for name change? And will previous name be avaliable right after change so we can set it to new char?
