    Does your guild exp bar get stuck at times? 5

    3. Never paid attention (2) 40%

    So got a quick question about GXP.

    How come it always gets stuck in the evening or even earlier? Is it done specifically to not let one guild get ahead of the others too much? And no, I'm not talking about the GXP cap. It's not even halfway there sometimes...
