So my problem is that my characters disappear when trying to switch characters. This isn't a permanent character deletion issue though, as restarting the game will display my characters again like normal. However, during this time the exit game and server selection buttons are clickable, but do not respond. The only thing that you can do on that bugged screen is to create another character, even if all of your character slots are used up, or open up the settings. After that, the only way to restart/close the game is by ending the process in task manager.
