iv been trying to auto for iron castle elemental raid for a while now but no one is queing... Am i queing for the wrong elemental raid or does no one que for it the elementals at all? 
not really looking forward to having to join a guild for the sake of just raiding.
Also where does Fragment of Solace drop? thats honestly what i want
Rarely anyone uses auto-team for those. Why? I don't know. Most of the time your choice is to solo it (easy to do), use manual party search (N), or ask in public chat or megaphones.

and i didnt know soloing ele raids was easy to do, i couldnt do iron castle cause cart died
Except maybe for that one, since you need to have enough damage to defend the drill (should be doable with a decent +6 weapon and decently-rolled armor). The other three should be easily soloable with a decent weapon. You can always run any of them and just convert the soulstones to Solace at Jenna (it's cheap to do). Of course it's better if you just run Solace and save dzenai though.
People at max level understand that people from auto-team aren't worth it and just advertise in normal chat. It's faster to get a group from team search anyway.
I wish auto-team would pair you up with anyone from any channel who is also trying to auto-team. But it's channel restricted therefore making it a lot more harder for you to get a party unless you notice someone is trying to auto-team..
the quest gives the rng box, while spaming dungeon drops the one you want.
