There's a feature to remove the notifactions from other language threads? I only see mark topic as read, but then another post, and it's showing on the unread post? I just want English only.

I rather just have all my unread post be in the English only section...

I did a little poking around.
This button will hide forums from the main interface, disabling notifications from them.
Uncheck everything that doesn't apply to you

It's easy
Click the first yellow thing, and select deselect what you wanna read, you're welcome.

Click on Forum, on the right side of the screen there's an eye.
Click on it and then select/deselect the section you want/don't want to see the notifications
