Not sure who decided on what words should be censored in game chat, but most of the offensive words are not censored but weird words like GameForge, master... words that aren't even offensive to mention at all are all censored.
Is there any reason behind that or we're not suppose to mention the company at all in game 
Sometimes games do this so the players cannot openly slander the company(s) associated with it. I honestly don't get it, since the chat filter is so broken that it doesn't prevent slandering or anything of the sort and just makes using the chat more annoying than it should be.
Yeah, they censored a ton of stuff at the very beginning but made adjustments after a while. I feel like they either overlooked or didn't care enough as the filter barely functions and a lot of words that need to be filtered aren't.
They even censored server. Considering how many guilds have Discord servers, that is just ridiculous.
I also noticed the other day that you're not allowed to say "Manager" while telling my friend that I had to talk to my manager at my job.
I'm just waiting for the day that they do what the last game I played did and just censor the letter "U" or something similar. That was a fun day. But on a more serious note, yeah, would be nice to have GameForge consider what words are censored more deeply, it's a little frustrating to not even be able to talk about the company in-game and has made me a little irritated with them multiple times now.

In the meantime... lots of non-censored lvl 1 spammers in Rocco city that don't even let you read what people are saying and you have to block them one by one...

Censoring them doesn't stop them from being a spambot.
