I think someone already made a topic regarding this, since I remember answering to it. Many people have this problem, me included. Something's bugged about the boss.
I'm having the same problem, except with the Rucco Town raid boss. Every time my friend and I reach the final boss, I crash either before the cutscene even starts, or on the first frame of the cutscene. At first I tried to verify my game files on Steam, and then when that didn't work, I reinstalled the game, thinking it was something with my game files. I'm considering lowering my graphics settings tomorrow when I play/try to solo the raid again with lower graphics to see if that helps even a little but my hopes aren't very high. If that doesn't work (which I doubt it will, since I've had no other graphics issues playing on high graphics settings) I'm planning on sending in a ticket regarding the issue.
I'm wondering if my issue is a different one, though, since I assume you were able to get past Rucco fine (since you're having the problem with Grace's raid boss)
I just reinstalled the game and it seems to work for me now.
I guess we're having 2 different issues here as reinstalling the game sadly didn't fix it for u.
Out of curiousity, did you try lowering the graphics yet and did it do anything? Or are u still having the same problem?
I did lower the graphics and it worked for one run. Literally the next run, however, I d/ced at the cutscene again. So it's not a 100% thing for me either way. I'm kind of wishing that there were a way to link Steam and GameForge accounts though, because I'm curious about whether not using Steam would fix it, but that's not an option at the moment. (Honestly, I'm just grasping at straws at this point. It's getting frustrating to try to run a raid with my guild leader, go through the whole thing, and then d/c at the boss, not be able to invade, and not be able to get my rewards. I'm tempted to reinstall again just in case... but considering it didn't work the first time my hopes are not high.)
I'm fully planning on sending in a ticket, maybe even if it is a problem with me they'll be able to help point me in the right direction, because at this point, the only things I can think of are either things that I can't fix without buying a new computer or things that I'm already working towards fixing. My guildmates don't seem to be having the same issue, however, so my hopes are very low at this point.
