Question about Crit?

  • Your character has a 20-25% default crit chance which isn't displayed in your stats window. What is displayed is your crit chance bonus and that is the number you see. It is added on top of your base crit chance, meaning if you have 25% bonus crit rate (number displayed next to Crit), you theoretically have a 50% chance to critically hit an enemy. As for why it is like that, that's a developer issue and no one can answer that except Lion Games (the developers).

As for your other question, yes because there is no true evasion in the game. Your normal hits can count as a miss and this means that you'll deal half the damage than you normally do. This is called "Partial Damage" displayed in your stats window.

As for the formula no one really knows how it is calculated.

  • Crits have 100% accuracy. You probably can test this yourself if you want by performing a crit on an Erwin who has the evade buff on. This is more or less why partial damage and accuracy are considered useless stats.
