I mean he pulled all nighters all day long and now he's hitting the bed after long hours.
Only xp books I think he used were the ones from VIP package aka 20% -

What defines rank and can it be accomplished by anyone or is there skill involved? I honestly don't know.

The rank basically makes it easier to level alts. There no other benefits besides that. Additional Exp while killing mobs.
D gives 5%
C gives 10%
B gives 20%
etc.
There are a total of 20 ranks. From D (Beginner) to A (Grandmaster)

Yes. Everyone can and you will naturally generate Exp for your rank by doing raids and dungeons. There is no magic to it. It essentially only reflects how much time he or she has invested into the game. Since you need to actively engage in combat to receive exp.
EditEdit:
Once hitting Lvl 55 everything goes to your rank. All your chars share ONE /the same rank. Having multiple chars at cap and doing stuff with them gives you ranking exp.

It's paragon from diablo 3
or champions points from eso.
Basically, with a max level char you will still earn "over levels" wich will be globa and gives some bonuses (exp bonus in this case)

The XP bonus caps on 40% at A rank after that it's only visual + rank up titles

So can someone explain these ranks to me a little bit. So on my level 55 it says rank D but next to my alts it's B+ which rank is correct or are they both correct I'm really kinda confused on it lmao

b+ means you are getting the bonus exp from being the d rank (5 % bonus exp iirc)
