Is there a way to get absolutely everything in the cash shop through in game means, like say if i were totally F2P? Or are there some items in cash shop that can only be obtained through cash shop?

It varies. There are items you can only get by playing, and items you can only get through cash shop. Key examples of items that can only be obtained while playing are Soul Sequences. For cash shop: really just costumes in general and customization for your character.

Eyecolour cashshop only? Hmmm I never cashed once and I have 3 Eyecolours. Blue/Red/Hearteye Red soooo you can trade them in the auction hall for example but there is just no filter for them.

Eye colors can be bought on the auction house (you just have to search them manually).
