Did they state that the costume will only be available for those 4? Because from what I've read it only states that its for 2 characters of our choice. My plan was use 1 of the costumes on my current character, and not redeem the other until Jin comes out and use it.

Yes, only for the 4 current characters... many people ask this also on facebook and twiter.

Jin does have a darling outfit I believe. Iris is the only one who doesn't which is upsetting...
