Most fair would probably be if they just go with NPC outfit now, as many players already got them. Or simply change the outfits on those accounts to the correct one if they really want to. They should not risk players to be mad for missing this out and probably quit the game after

agree,it will be easier just to give evry1 the npc outfit so that there is no rollback or server shutdown to fix problem...AGAIN...besides npc is better imo

everyone will have a differed opinion i simply don't care about fashions i already use a diff outfit but i want the server to be secured and working properly and lets be honest there will probably be a bunch of cry babys in terms of the rewards.

(^:then can sell that second costume which they are trying to "gift"... still all those pointless "boxes" are pretty boring too.. I want costume for 2k not those stupid boxes with two inventory space for 5k ...

It looks like the outfits and the pack itself are called Darling outfit, so the model data is just switched around. We should expect this to get fixed in an later update. People opened the pack for the specific character in expectation to get the Darling outfit anyway.
And it's intresting to see how many people have this "i only care for myself" attitude. This was a mistake, and it should get fixed, and everyone will be happy.
But i agree, the NPC outfit really looks better for the female characters atleast. I just dont expect them to "fix" the item names and ID on all client languages.
