I dont know when you will realize it, but even released games can have bugs. In fact its almost impossible to guarantee bugfree software at all.

Yes it was back online for a while already. The gift packs are just still removed from the store. However, the store works for steam users now too.

I wish they'd just go with the NPC one. The darling one looks ugly for everyone but maaaybe Erwin. Just... admit to the mistake made and give that to everyone period. Or at least let people decide which one they want now.

It would be silly if the people would now change it to the right outfit. Knowing Gameforge, they will allow the other people to keep the NPC outfits and give the other, who were maybe not able to check in earlier, the Darling ones.
Just allow the NPC as reward instead.. Because it looks better anyways. -

First making a mistake and then letting the customer get the short end of the stick will be a big middle finger towards our direction. A lot of people will probably quit if they don't handle this right. It's not even about the costumes at that point but the treatment we're getting.
But I'm willing to wait and see if they come up with a decent solution for this, so I'll try not to get to a conclusion just yet.

That's the thing. But Gameforge is really good at destroying certain things about games. Like the prices in Premium Shops ( Lets see the Hair price as example. It was like 1.8k? Everyone bought it, and now it's down to 1.1k.. And we got nothing back. Everyone who bought first, rip their money. ) Or just the general behaviour towards their players.
And if they did that, I'd be really thinking of quitting. It's not cause of the Outfit to me, sure it looks better than the real Darling one, but it's some sort of "Oops! You could not lok in faster? Our mistake will be yours as well, have fun.~" like that. -

Honestly who cares if a few people get to keep the NPC outfit, what if they already inserted expensive brooches and then GF removed the costumes? No need to be that petty to be angry that some people got free stuff and others dont? Just be happy gameforge is actually giving TWO titles and TWO costume sets versus ONE, which is what they promised. Yeah, some people might end up with 3 costumes but seriously ? You're gonna grumble with jealousy instead of being happy?
