I'm level 55 and I've participated in the beta/open beta but I do not have the package in the premium shop. Some others are also having this problem. Is there going to be a fix soon? I'm a steam user and a few friends are non-steam. We've tried relogging but package still doesn't show up.

The costume is bugged and is giving out the wrong costume so they have removed it from the store for now to fix it it looks like

I got both bags, didn't open the 2nd one though, put the costume on and was like "well this looks dumb I thought I was getting a hoodie"

threea I just checked to be sure, because I wanted to redeem my rewards, at least one package - then read the post about the temporary removal form the cash shop, but I still have them visible and apparently I can redeem them anyway (?) Haven't clicked redeem yet and don't wanna if it means going through support, but shouldn't they be not visible?
(Playing on standalone client, Lilly character)EDIT: And a question, it never mentions, how long we have time to redeem the beta rewards, will they be removed at some point forever or can we claim them indefinitely? - Thanks in advance!
