on my stella i open the beta gift and i get 2 costume that are binded to stella............why?? i have 2 stella costume that are the same?!? cant even put costume on lily now

pro tip: keep in bag.
If you open it on a stella you will get stella outfit. If you keep it in a bag you can put it in a bank and then open it on a different character and that character will get the outfit

do u even read the description of every box? if u open the box using erwin it will give u erwin set so on.

Opened both boxes on my Erwin. No problem there. One costume cube, the other one went straight to the bank. No problem there.
You probably mistakenly opened one cube too many.

I gave 1st box to Stella and 2nd to my Haru. Both had different title, but same outfit. Figured i could give them for 2 characters despite the different titles >u<

So to achive that one has to...
- Get the two packages from the item shop
- Open both
- Get the two fashion generating items
- Open both
The two fashion generating item say the same thing. It's literally a box in a box. I highlight doubt the support will do something about it. They also won't believe that it works anyway different.
There even is a warning to be careful in the news post.

Personally, I made the mistake of not realizing that there would be an "open 2x" button on the fashion cube and opened both on my Lilly. The moment I realized my mistake was -not- a fun moment, but it is just that, my mistake, I should have been a little more careful (and, you know, read the buttons before pressing them). I sent in a ticket to support admitting my mistake and asking if there's anything they could do to help, but not expecting anything really, because again, it's my mistake, not theirs. (I've had friends have good luck with asking for similar things in different games so I know that some games are willing to help with stuff like that, guess I'm about to find out if this is one of them
