I think when they will convert the outfit into the real one, the brooches will be there too. If not, RIOT!!! Sorry, leaving jokes aside, just send ticket to support if that happens.

The brooches will be fine. All they're doing is fixing the correct textures.

Die Broschen sollten von dem Fix eigentlich nicht betroffen sein. Es ist danach immer noch das gleiche Kostüm mit den gleichen Stats, nur wird es im Anschluss eben so aussehen, wie es eigentlich vorgesehen war.
Translation:
"The brooches should not be affected by the fix. It's still the same costume with the same stats, it's appearance will just change to how it's suppose to be."

The item wont be changed what so ever. If you look the name is still Darling outfit, the outfit itself just currently holds the appearance of the NPC outfit sets for some reason. Always nice to see them focusing more on premium shop items than finishing off the classes we're still waiting for
So all in all, nothing should change after the transformation, just the appearance
