I have that exact same problem. One day I was able to log into gameforge's billing ticket support system, the other day it wasn't possible anymore and it still isn't. Though you might wanna go at this in a slight calmer, less capslocked manner ;P Getting angry at air won't do a thing.
But yeah, that being said.... I'd love for a solution to this as I can't currently check on my open ticket.
