Guilds Guild XP perk

So hello there, I don't know is it poor translation or what that makes it so confusing but. The perk itself says GXP +X% but it really gives normal XP to your character not the GXP for the guild itself? The xp you get is not visible on the more stats bar also but apparently it exists. It would be nice if you could actually either fix the text on it or atleast make it visible in the More stats bar thank you
