25arp26 Is all the ticket support are bots or actual human who reads the tickets, I have submitted countless tickets and all the responses are the same? All we want is to load up soulcash, why make everything so complicate. Please fix the issue.

Yesterday when i want to top up soul cash i had strange error. Usually when i press button to top up it just move me to page with amounts of soul cash etc, but yesterday page just loading and loading. When loading finished it moved me to page where i had information : Chosen method of payment is currently unavailable. Try again later, if problem maintain please contact to our billing support. Please help !

Hello, i wanted to buy 99,99€ SoulCash.. (trying to spoil me and my friend right here hah)
So I bought them, via Steam. So I did that, but then it was refunded. Hence it's back on my steam account.
And now I cannot access to the menu to select 99,99€ again so I can try again, since it was refunded.
Help pls..
