Can't buy SoulCash?

    Just tried to buy a $99.99 offer for SoulCash, and I had nothing on my SteamWallet so i decided to load up $100, and I tried to buy some SoulCash and it went through, but then refunded. It deducted $99.99 and then reloaded back $99.99 into my account. Now when I retry to buy the SoulCash, it gives me this black screen, where I highlighted blacked out words:

    Yeah, had to do that in order to put money into my steam wallet. But when I went through my browser to use the money in my steam wallet to buy SoulCash, it went through fine, then instantly refunded and now any time I click the "Top Up SoulCash" button in game, it ends up redirecting me to an error.

    As far as I know is that they still have problems with the purchases via Steam but with the Standalone-Client everything works fine.

    I feel you. I had the exact same thing and after 10 minutes I cancelled it and decided to try some other time.

    What were you trying to use to pay? I was doing credit card and gave up and tried via paypal. Paypal ended up working for me.

    Has ANYONE. EVER. Gotten this issue resolved? Would like to know before I give up on this game since gameforge billing support seems to have no interest in even responding, and steam support (who responded quite promptly) apparently can't resolve the issue on their side.


    I'm guessing it's due to us being flagged because of the automatic refund, though I'm not sure what causes that in the first place since the funds are already in the steam wallet when we attempt to purchase soulcash.

    I gave it about 1-2 full days and everything was okay again. If that doesn't work then best of luck to you who still have issues. Hopefully it'll resolve by itself like it did for me.

    They Block my account and the "Reactivation is not possible under these circumstances" LOL A pay to win game does not allow you to purchase soulcash. What a BS. I rather not paying this game. @edit

    Hi I’d just like to report that I’m also having this issue, loaded $99.99 and was automatically refunded shortly after. However, I was able to make purchases after that, and all of a sudden started receiving the same message whenever I tried to buy Soul Cash. Have been unable to purchase soul cash for over a week now, have sent four tickets in to payment support, three of which had the same response and stated that my issue had been resolved. My issue was, of course, not resolved. I do love this game, and that’s why I’m hanging in there, all I can say is hang in there and hope for the best, pray that the upcoming maintenance will solve our chargeback issue 😰.
