To our understanding, the Iconic outfit is currently reserved for selected content creators (YouTube, Twitch). I don't know what criteria was needed to be chosen for it beyond that (I do not have it).

I don't believe the iconic outfit was exclusive to certain content creators, since I received one (albeit, a temporary 3-day one). Don't remember how I got it, unfortunately, but it might be tied to a quest between Rocco Town and Candus City (don't quote me on that though, but it was around that point of progression that I got it).

That's the one you get for completing the first town in terms of story quests. You get a different one for every town. Not sure about Ruin Fortress thought.

Ah, by iconic, you mean the actual one named "ionic" and not iconic as in the costume that people recognize the character with in the promo stuff. Nevermind then.

this Iconic Set is basically Sporty Set under Fashion Guide
i do not believe this set is available in game yet

the Sporty set top is a track jacket (on Lilly at least) and this one is a hoodie.
also, i believe Iconic Hood is just a top, not a set or an outfit. (could be wrong though)
btw i saw someone wearing the iconic hood like 2 days ago, that's how it looks on Lilly for those of you who are curious.

if it is only the top, then it is not a full release
since the entire costume set consists of few more pieces

if this set is already in Cash Shop, i will buy it right away for my Haru-Haru
they had to full set on but its not released yet, idk how, the 2nd poster mentioned it was for content creators so i guess thats how they got it early, surprised the moderators cant answer

A part of the chance of being for content creators it seems this outfit is also given as a reward of giveaways of 3rd party sites.
I just saw a giveaway on a site (the site was linked on Soulworker's Reddit) on which one of the prizes was "1 Iconic Hood Costume Set Box gives class specific content automatically." so maybe (in case this is an official giveaway) Gameforge is using this costume as a promotional thing.
