So I generally solo raids (Usually bandit highway as it's my favourite) and its so damn frustrating to go all the way through it just to crash on the final damn boss. I admit they don't take too long but it's worse if I make a mistake and have to use a crap load of healing items or god forbid, a revive. If these crashes are going to happen so frequently I feel gameforge should seriously have a refunding system in place that gives me back any consumables I may have used in that raid.
Please Gameforge, please fix Bandit Highway
Seriously... still

chill, its still in beta

I'm usually quite patient but when this has been happening for a decent amount of time yet a maintenance came out to push that game into its full release and not fix these crashes, it's very much annoying

Sure feels like it, except its not beta anymore, its release now. >_>

Reminder that you can't use the beta excuse anymore!

Then I use the excuse that short release cycles like these always come with bugs unless you have a full continuous delivery chain. The later is probably impossible in this scenario. Every developer has to deal with such things and there goes a lot of research into making better software. However, we will never reach zero bugs in complex system and games are one of the most complex type of program.
It fine when bugs exist, the question is how they are dealt with. Unfortunately more then oft those things are resolved rather slowly. Not because the actual fix takes that long, but the process of a bug report having to much unnecessary overhead.

small bugs are fine, but completely ignoring crashes is just damn shameful

I haven't seen any ticket history, so it's hard to say if they really don't work on it. This might very well be fixed already, but the patch is scheduled for in like 4 weeks.

There are times where I enter the dungeon and my character is able to move around but I end up teleporting back into the horde of enemies and die, having to waste resurrection stones. I also end up crashing which I don't understand why, maybe the game just hates me.
