Well.. A friend of mine, who does not use this forum much, was not able to get online the past few days.. due to internet problems.
So now he was not online at the day of the Beta end. Now he is back and wanted to claim his rewards too, since he played as long as I do. But it ain't in his shop anymore and it says he already would have bought or more got it. Which is not the case. He does not have it in his HEMS nor in his inventory..
Should he open up a ticket on the support site?
