Reason being that they are just too rare and can become really expensiv.
It doesn't matter how as long as there are more on the market.

Yes, that is what the thread is about. Weapon Upgrade chips are difficult to obtain which makes their value more volatile than other items. Increasing the drop rate means people will depend less on the market for their rush upgrades too!

Adjusting the drop rates mean people won't be able to manipulate the market so much. That is the purpose of this post
