Please share more information

    Hello, I am a Lillly player on the server Candus EN. It has come to our attention that the recent releases of PvP and outfits has been very instantaneous without almost any prior warning to them coming out. I have talked to multiple people from the server and from my guild that the SoulWorker team has not communicated with us as well as they could have. We would appreciate if the SoulWorker team would communicate more with the players or atleast try and give warnings a little earlier - a week prior notice to what is going to be added in an update instead of doing it a few hours before maintainence.


    We can even look to the most recent update to SoulWorker which had content not announced and bugfixes that hasn't been said a word about these things would be nice to know and I can see on the posts that there has been some misscommunication between the developers and publishers but please take note of this and try to share a bit more so we aren't let down like we just have been with the pvp system.

    We seriously need someone to step up their game and tell us what's up because right now we are left in the dark about all the updates that have come to us so far and it is slowly getting out of hand.

    With every successful game, there is a constant communication between the publishers/developers and its players. This is a vital part of creating hype/success. Btw, just saying "we are working on something for end game" is not communication. PLANS are a good form of communication.



    For example:

    "Dear players, we are currently in talks with LionGames to bring out the ever anticipated Golden Citadel and PVP mode. We are looking for a release date in May but will be updating you with more information as approach closer to final details. Thank you for your patience and we are excited to bring out more content as soon as possible."


    That gives us hope without setting a definitive date. But thats important, because it allows us to understand what is going on and what is to be expected in the future. Because as it stands, we know GC is coming, but it could be next week, or next year, without some form of communication, it is tough to maintain motivation as we don't know how much longer we have to wait

    They added more outfits? I mean, they really never announce those but what was instantaneous about PvP? You had like all of yesterday to know about it. Normally you don't get patch notes until before or after maintenance.


    Yes, this is something that could be a thing! I appreciate you giving an example as what you wish to expect unlike many people in this forum. They haven't given us any updates on plans or anything the whole beta or official release. It'd be great to see something like this at least occasionally.

    You are only going to hear that they don't get the information sooner as well. At least that was the case in other game. It doesn't hurt to ask, but don't get your hopes up. Especially not one week in advance.

    I realised yestoday with the raid updates that the developers hasn't been communicating very well with the publishers but if no players speak up about this it most likely will not change however if enough players speak up and the publishers ask maybe it will open the developers eyes and they will tell us more about their plans.
