Possibly, but considering they're not even interested in putting the Japanese voice lines which are already recorded into the game, I doubt they'd be interested in recording English voice lines at all.
Generally speaking that is not that easy... Voice lines are (most of the times) copyrighted, main reason why another game of Gameforge never had the Korean voices 'till later on was because of these copyright issues.
Still, I'm all up of variety so while I would love to have all the voices (KR, JP, and the rest) I really believe having the KR voices will make everything faster, because apart of having to translate the game to a variety of languages, having to invest the time and money to get localized voices seems a little bothersome, but we never know, maybe they will think about it/will do it eventually if enough people wants it.

I don't really like English voice actors. Especially if they sound really horrible.
