Today i was upgrading my sword, till when its failed and ym sword broke.
And my question is, where how and for what can i repair it ?

The repair function is only to recover an item's durability. You need a special item only obtanaible from the cash shop as far as I know, to repair it if it's broken.

Now that..... is really unlucky.
Note: The item you need is called Armour Restorer and it costs 950 SC (You can buy one for about half off one time), and you can repair a single weapon up to 3 times. Sooo yeah.... unless you really really really really adore your weapon, better to toss away it and start anew friendship.
