Is there any way to recharge soulcash other then doing it through the steam premium shop?
I always get this error when i try to do it 
Error,try again later...and it always do it,its not just today,i have try it yesterday and 2 days ago as well but it does not let me recharge soulcash anyway.What's the point of the premium shop if it does not let me recharge soulcash?
I have problem with cash shop as well.I ordered soulcash but steam refunded the transaction and now its blocked and cant add soulcash.
I'm also in the same boat.

close the game. open task manager and kill all steamwebhelper.exe (actually you only need to kill one and it should cascade to kill all of them then restarts them back)
