Steam Refund Scam

    I've tried to get my money back to my steam wallet and it seems I can't even get my money back. Is anyone else having this problem? I'm an NA player that just happens to play on EN because EN is a better server than NA atm.

    You can't refund digital purchases. This also includes dlc's for any other game and if I'm not wrong they even say that whenever you buy something

    Edit: Just saw your screen. Steam also says somewhere that it doesn't accept each refund. And why would you buy -> refund -> buy -> refund something. No wonder they declined it.

    I didn't buy anything with the currency whatsoever though.


    Edit: I can refund whenever I like for any reason. There shouldn't be any questions about it. I'm just not happy to invest into a game that's going to downhill.

    Well, it states that once you buy soul cash, it's not refundable. You were just lucky to be able to refund the first time. iirc it says it when you click top-up or pay now, whichever the option was.

    Imo this is fully your own fault and not the games/steams fault.


    I also bought in-game money in another game once and needed to refund it, but I didn't buy the exact same amount a few days later just to refund it again.


    I can understand them declining it in your case.

    Just putting my 2cents...I'm pretty sure when you were going through the process of buying soulcash it even said that it is non-refundable. Right?

    This was my thought as well. To most companies, doing this just screams fraud.
