Having led guilds in many different MMOs over the years, I have to say that Soulworker has one of the worst guild interfaces I've ever seen.
First of all, only being able to use up to 4 characters for custom ranks is ridiculous. I understand it is most likely a carry over from kanji based languages where a word can be one character, but how did no one think this would be an issue in the English localization?
Next is the guild emblem, I don't understand why we can't upload our own. Almost every MMO allows this and it gives guilds some actual identity rather than the 50th guild with the skull logo.
The ability to change ranks should be a box we can give to vice leaders. Only having one person who can change ranks in larger guilds is a pain.
I know it's been said before, but please put in a way to verify the guild notice.
All in all, small fixes that would go a long way into making this game more guild friendly.
