Will you be able to play on NA/EU globally? Specifically - Philippines.
I don't care about the ping/lag, I just want to know if it won't be restricted (like Kritika Online is).
Will this game be playable around the world?

About your question, ping aside, there isn’t going to be any kind of restriction which means you should be able to play correctly.
The question concerns the actual game and it's accessibility, so I thought this was the place to do it.
