How to start fresh in a new server?

  • Well, after thinking about it for awhile and since I just realized that the NA server is for countries out of USA and the EN server, is where most english people are at so I decided to switch servers. (Not to mention that it loads faster for me in that server)

But, the sad thing is that all my progress will be gone. (Not gonna cry for two of my three characters since they're only LVL6 to 15, but for the other that's lvl 40, I'll be heartbroken.) I can't believe I can't send my stuff to another server and now I have to basically start over.

So, i just need advice on how to get back to where I was (I'm around Area 9) as fast as possible. I know it's obviously grinding the dungeons, just that sometimes you can't just find anybody to do the dungeons on Maniac, which gives you a load of exp, especially with friends.

So, if anyone had gone through this problem, any tips you can give to me?

  • I am confused, are you trying to move fromt he NA server to the EU(EN) server or the other way around? Tenebris is the NA server for north america, and Candus is the EU server for the English speaking Europeans? Tenebris runs into a lot of technical issues which may make it feel slower but region wise it is the NA server.

Sorry for making it confusing. Isn't EN the english server? People are confusing me that EN stands for english.

  • Yea gameforge made it confusing by making separate server for the EU languages. If you are on the (NA)Tenebris server you are on the correct one for North American players.

  • You're kidding...why would they name it EN and not EU, which it would clearly mean Europe...? What's wrong with them...? Thank you for telling me, since nobody even discussed what EN means (Except for one in another topic, but he said it was English, in which he clearly told the person wrong)

Also, reason why I said it in the first place is because the fact that I heard there's a bit of issues with the NA version, like today, where there was a HUGE BUG of of going to the server and seeing that you're characters are gone. (So glad that was fixed, otherwise a LOT of people would have been pissed of with it) So yeah...that scared the living hell out of me.

  • Best advice is to just find a friend and play with them on the new server. My bf and I pretty much duo all manics no problem. Sometimes he has work to do and when I auto-team, it's pretty sad how undergeared people are for x dungeon. Not gonna lie but I hate people that que up for dungeons and expect to be carried.

Tldr; just find a friend, guild members to play with and avoid auto-team by all means.

Because there are a lot of EU servers in this game not only the EN... duh
