The "FtpOpenFile" message is actually a problem that occurs when sending the error report, not the error that made the game crash, as far as I know.
You can create a dxdiag and at the bottom of it are crash reports, one of which should be for SoulWorker (maybe somebody else knows how to access these reports without having to create a dxdiag?). There you can see some information as to why the game crashed. If this information and google don't help you, you'll have to contact support: https://soulworker.support.gameforge.com/
