Creating/Joining a guild
========
To create a guild you will need to be lvl 20 and have at least 100,000 zennies. Once you have the necessary you will need to interact with the guild administrator (see below). You will need to choose a name between 3 and 10 characters.
To join a guild you will need to visit the same npc and search your guild name or get a direct invite.
As of now there's no ranking for guilds, no order or anything. Guilds are displayed randomly on a list you need to refresh.

Once you joined/created a guild you will gain access to the guild menu by pressing G, which will display guild level, guild funds, member list, applications, guild skills/management, rankings showing recent members, kick and promotion, bulletin board where you can share important information and guild notice where you can choose a message to display to members when they login. At guild launch your guild will have a limit of 20 members. This will increase per level the guild
levels up to 60 members max.

Guild Levels
=======
Leveling a guild comes with many advantages. At level 2 you'll gain a logo and you'll also gain guild points you can spend on guild skills used along with funds. You can level a guild by simply spending fatigue points, for each fatigue point spent the guild gain 1 experience up to a maximum of 200 xp per member per day so basically if you spent your daily 200 FP you fully contributed to the guild. Also as a guild member 1% of your zennies gain will go toward guild funds allowing you to spend on skills if you accumulate enough. Note that you cannot transfer your own zennies to guild funds, only way to get it higher is by running dungeons. There's also a total limit of experience to be gained across the guild daily which grows as the guild grows.The highest guild level you can reach is 10.

Guild Skills
=======
So here is where it gets interesting. The gains of being in a guild(for people who join guilds only for benefits lol). By levelling the guild three skills will level up passively without any need to be manually bought. Member expansion which give 5 extra members slot every level up, guild storage giving extra guild storage every level and guild mark which at lvl 2 gives you the ability to make a guild logo which will show up next your guild name. With guild points and enough funds you can buy skills giving you extra guild experience, extra favorability with NPCS, repair price discount and a reduction of taxes when using the market.

The rest of the tabs are purely administrative basic stuff allowing you to make your own ranks(with a 4 char limit) and controlling permissions like changing guild notice, getting stuff out guild storage, expel and invite and that's pretty much it.
