I have some questions. Please answer like I'm a 10-year-old, because my English is not that good.
-Is it possible to buy SoulCash with in-game currency? If yes, then how, and what is the CURRENT transfer-rate?
-Is it possible to transfer SoulBonded items to another characters on the same server? If yes, then how?
-Is it possible to preview the costumes, etc in-game before buying? If yes, then how?
-Is it possible to transfer SoulBond fashion items to another characters on the same server? If yes, then how?
-Is it possible to change my character name/transfer it to another server? I "accidently" created my character on the DE server, and I can't speak German at all (long story).
-Is it possible to have the "Active Beta Tester" prefix with other characters as well, or is it limited to my main character? (It does not show up in my second character)

You can't. Not directly anyway. You need to have someone buy it from premium shop, and it must be item you could trade in-game. The rate in En server is around 100sc for 5m dz maybe. In NA however, has completely different rate. (Can also use market but usually you won't have good rate)

Use your bank (banker npc). Must be store-able items.
-Is it possible to preview the costumes, etc in-game before buying? If yes, then how?
You can preview costumes on sale on market. This doesn't include fashion 'blueprints' however. You can't preview those.
-Is it possible to transfer SoulBond fashion items to another characters on the same server? If yes, then how?
Use your bank (again). However you can't let Stella wear Lily's outfit for example.

Transfer? No. IGN you can change by a premium shop item. Suggestion: just make new character in server you want to be in.
