How is this supposed to work again? like... At what level do I start incurring in an XP gain penalty for me and my friends?
Cause I want to lvl a chat but I don't want to force my friends into going solo if I lvl faster than them

when someone in the party is 10 level above the sector level

exemple if u go to rucco last area ep 4 u need to be lvl 13 so max 23 before nerf (xp &loot)

I could be wrong about this but.... I think there is no penalty to xp?
HOWEVER, every 5 level above the monster level in the district will give you drop rate penalty.
