This bug is actually hilarious. The laughing intensified around 1:25. Glad I wasn't recording my mic.

I found out a similar bug during my 2nd day of play
If you start a skill and an akasha active basically at the same time,the skill will be bugged out for as long as its CD is and won't function,giving the same result as this video.
I tried it with Golem and Blow up,since it was the longest animation i had. How did you enter in that zombie state?
Also sometimes after a Trauma during Ark Ship my basic attacks wouldn't work (still in this video's fashion) but that is resolved by simply moving
