Random name...

    So I just wanted to get into the game but I've been given a random account name in the game client... Was never given the option to choose one and cant find an option to change it... Any help on this?

    I think in this case it's better that you contact with the support team... Explain them what happened and maybe they can help you with this >-<

    Remember that the account there is different from the forum one and the game one, you have to create a new account there :3

    Well, I dunno if in another games is different than here and I just can say something about Elsword (the other MMO I played), but there people have one account for the game, one for the forum and another one for the support... just like here. I repeat that I dunno if it's the same in another games, but I think this is good because with this system we have more security in our accounts and data :3

    You can choose an account name if you sign up through their portal website otherwise you'll be given a random name.


    What you can try: log in on gameforge.com with the account details you're using in the SoulWorker launcher. Then go to Account Settings. There you should be able to change your Gameforge account name.
