Hello friends, for those who's wondering and raging why sometimes you don't get loot (Soulstone shards) in the 1st room I just recently found the main cause.
(I don't know if someone already made a post about this)
Basically there's a bugged spot in this area which is somewhere in the middle
I realised it when I turned on my sound in-game (usually I don't). When there's a drop you will usually hear a "Ding" sound specially if it's blue drop.
As you can see my "Die-phoon" skill vanshined too in the said spot like some kind of magic (Die-phoon is a lie).
I also tried looking up my loot if it's underground using the command /freecamera 1 and yeah if you go deeper you will see it there stucked. I can't really share the screenshot since it looks like out of nowhere so it's kinda useless to share, well you can do this yourself too if you have a chance.
Why I shared this? this is mainly for awareness, this mini-boss drops soulstone shards too, and some players mainly farm this raid/dungeon/instance, those slacker ones like me 
You can either kill them in the green arrow provided by the screenshot below (thanks to my mspaint level 9000), well obviously you avoid the red one aka. "Bermuda Triangle" 
Just avoid killing them in the middle just to be safe.
P.S. I'm sorry forum mods but I don't know where to post this honestly, in bug section or guides because it looks both to me so I leave this job to you

Steam has to re-download 2.7 GB each time when a maintenance hits.
Edit:Also using modified files even if it fixes your game is bannable. I've seen several people posting it here and was either deleted or invisible

I've definitely noticed my die-phoons disappearing in this area. Other Lily skills do the same thing (mostly the one that pulls enemies and the one that throws her scythe, if they center in that area, will also disappear). It's good to know that drops disappear in that area too though, I'll have to keep that in mind next time I farm BH.

No wonder my wind ruptures just went through the mini-bosses without doing damage. I thought I was lagging.

I was thinking of posting it too but i was too lazy to put up a video. I also would have put it in the skill issues topic because i didnt realize that it is only a specific spot in the first room and also has an effect on drops.
