Can anyone help me with my account has been block i try to use VPN to access on premium shop im from philippines im playing soulworker since beta came up before this is legal but yesterday my account has been block can anyone help me to fix this issue please unblock my account ive been playing soulworker for 440hours please help me

The use of VPN is not allowed in Gameforge according to the Standard Terms and Conditions of Use. That's why your account was blocked and you can't enter it again.
However, try to explain your situation to the support team and maybe they can help you. Remember that the account used in that system is different from the game and forum ones :3
