Hey there! I'm looking for information on what classes the characters are. I usually like to play the tank role in MMOs followed by the support role. Is there currently a tank class?

I don't believe they do. Someone might want to double check this though.

They don't, the game is mostly focused on dodging abilities similar to Dragon Nest, if you have played that game.

Jin Seipatsu is considered as "The Tank" of the game, with high defense/health point and can hold aggro on some monsters but will not be available at launch.

He isn't considered as a 'Tank'. Jin just has slightly more defensive stats than the other characters.
Every Character in this game is more focused on having decent-great DPS themselves. That's why Stella as the 'Support' character has solid DPS herself. -

There are skills to pull, push and group mobs together but none to actually hold aggro.
However there is an AR card that can hold aggro called “Asphalt golem”. It’s not character-related and if you’re lucky you can find one opening AR cubes.

Why play Jin for tankiness when Erwin better tank from high evasion and hide and seek buff?
Memes aside, for the four classes at release, Stella has the most support skills. Haru's your definition of a bulky warrior; she has a high health pool and her erosion skill gives her damage reduction. Still, she's way closer to be being a bruiser than a tank.
But no, in the sense of traditional tanks that are meant to absorb hits that doesn't really exist in the game. Even Jin, who by far is the most defensive character, is not supposed to just stand there and get hit like a punching bag.
