Can't Login: "Account is Blocked"???

I have now tried to load the game 6 times, and each time, once I get to the 'select server' screen, a message pops up that says "Account is blocked." The game then closes. I've tried to "verify integrity of game files" on Steam, and nothing seems to work. I'm very confused to say the least. I had no issues getting on earlier today, and I have absolutely no idea why my account would get blocked. Does anyone know anything about this? Is this an error? I spent money in the cash shop, so am I getting punished for wasting my actual money?

- Live in the US, play on the NA server

- Have never used a VPN

Look at you email maybe they told you why u get banned.

I didn't get any emails. I just get a notification when I load the game.

Suggestion and see if it works: click start on your Windows -> type cmd in your searchbar-> right-click command prompt and select run as administrator and type in:

ipconfig /flushdns

See if it works!
