Just because I want to help the devs. I don't have screenshots/videos of these, but I'm sure I can get them if people would like or as is necessary. Just post asking for an example and I'll do my best, most of these are easily replicable.
First things first, the Login-system for accessing the Gameforge Support will send me on an infinite loop. It tells me to either contact support or manage my accounts, and when I do that, it asks me to login. And then I do that and go back to the same page, repeat ad infinitum.
As for in game bugs - I mostly play Lily, so these bugs will be for the majority relating to her.

Some mobs have very untrustworthy "aerial" hitboxes. I say aerial as it is very difficult to hit them when you're in the air (With her left or right click abilities.) And not only in regards to some that are short - I am not sure if it's intentional, but on most mobs you have to jump in the air and then wait a couple of moments before beginning your aerial combo (As Lily) to be able to hit them. There are many, many mobs however that should be hittable immediately after jumping, and are not. The Mad Edgar mobs in Last Carnival are a good example, as well as the Rapid Gates in Bandit Highway. They're clearly tall enough to jump and hit, however you cannot hit them immediately after jumping.
When casting certain abilities with Lily (Mainly her Diephoon into Carnage combo) the beginning ability (Tornado) will be highlighted and off-cooldown; however when casting it, it starts the ability queued up next instead (Carnage).
Recently while casting Guillotine, part of the abilities animation will re-appear after it has finished casting.
There are many times when after casting Diephoon it will vanish, even if you are not animation canceling it at all.
Casting Diephoon next to a wall if you have any trait that causes it to move will sometimes make the Tornado run off the map; at which point it will vanish.
Some people are having problems when speccing into the Right tree of Lily's Diephoon ability (Skill Spread) in which it will never be able to cast - the starting animation occurs, and the Tornado sound plays, but no Tornado appears and mobs do not take damage.
For whatever reason, occasionally mouse clicks on auto-attacks will become bugged and instead of channeling through the entire animation and queing up clicks; it will just spam re-cast the auto-attack without finishing the animation or dealing damage.
Some abilities, for whatever reason, will just never cast, even if they are off cooldown. This can be fixed be casting an ability on a seperate key, and then re-trying to cast the ability which was not working.
Some skill-tree abilities which are NOT the aerial combo's will sometimes be completely immovable from the skill page. If they are in a skill slot they can be moved, however you cannot click and drag them from the skill page into a slot. I do not know what causes this or how to fix it, closing and re-opening the page does not seem to help.
Sometimes getting hit will bug out the physics and your character will go flying in random directions at distances they should absolutely *not* be traveling.
Sometimes, when typing in the chat box then hitting escape, you will not be able to move, use any emotes, or abilities, until re-opening the chat box. Generally you also cannot do anything other than hit ESC to go into the options menu, as well.
The flames on the Last Carnival raid have incredibly fickle hitboxes. There are many times where I'll be standing still, and will randomly take one tick of damage from a flame that was already playing and not dealing damage to me. There are also many, many times where you are very, very far away from them - so much so they are not visible on the screen - and they will still damage you.
When Suzie enters her state where she's like a sword on the ground and summons balls that do damage, sometimes killing her in that state will kill her instantly; even if she has 20+ bars of health remaining.
Activateable Akasha's will occasionally encounter a bug (I believe while casting it and then taking damage which interrupts the cast - via mobs such as the Pulsequin) where the ability animation plays when you press it however the ability never casts and does not go on cool-down. This is similar to the ability bug mentioned earlier - activating another Akasha usually rectifies the bug.
Atlantean Abel will sometimes interrupt it's own animations with different ones. This can be confusing as he will cast the animation for one attack, stop mid way, and then cast the animation for a seperate attack. I do not know if both attacks go off, or if the first does, or the second, or none at all.
Atlantean Abel also has serious issues with the arm hitboxes. It seems only a portion of the front of the arms or middle perhaps is able to be hit.
When casting Lily's Terror Chain ability while mini-bosses are using an attack, sometimes the bosses will be pulled towards the center, and will be animated as attacking in a different direction or from further away. This in itself is already pretty buggy, however there are also times when the bosses will be casting the animation towards the center and you will still get hit, even if their model's are not near you. Then there are other times where they will finish using their attacks, and rubber-band back to their original positions.
Many bosses will not be in the position they are shown to be in after a super-armor break or an ability that moves them around great distances or teleports them. A fantastic example of this is Naran - It can happen on almost every ability she uses. Naomin is another good example.
On the "Jump 35 times before end of district" hidden quest, 1 jump will often be counted as two.
Mobs will frequently get stuck on obstacles like Cars, Barriers, and boxes. Sometimes, they will stand there and attempt to attack the barrier; to no avail.
Sometimes taking damage from the Last Carnival flames maze area, no sound or animation will play; however you will still take damage.
In the Last Carnival raid, after all monsters are defeated in the room where parts of the floor light on fire and deal damage to you while you are fighting monsters; after all monsters are defeated sometimes the animation for the flames will disappear; however walking over the spot the flames used to be at will still cause damage to you.
Some mini-bosses and bosses, when suffering from super armor break, will play the animation of being armor broken *again* after recovering. Afterwards, they will be stuck in the animation until it would have normally ended - however, they can still move around and preform attacks (which will damage you); which are for all intents and purposes invisible until the animation ends. This only occurs when they "repair" their armor after a super armor break. Effectively, they are acting as normal; however they are stuck in the armor break animation.

Edit for this bug: I have discovered you can go through the character creation process, however hitting the "Complete" button once finished will result in no change, and no character being created.
Occasionally when going back to switch characters (from already playing on one) it will show you as having no characters in your slots (ScreenShot: http://puu.sh/Am4wW/66292a0b1e.png); and you will be unable to create a new character, quit the game, change the server, or hit game start. The settings options on the bottom of the screen will still be clickable, however. As far as I can tell from this state there is no way to close the game from within the game itself; you must alt + f4, or find some other way to force the program to shut down (like ctrl+alt+delete and going through task manager to force the program to stop.) I do not know if this bug occurs when clicking the "change servers" option from the in game menu.

Things that I am uncertain of being bugs or not:
For Lily's Death Throw skill, when taking the skill summoning bonus, mobs will not be moved by the summoned scythe. This is very evident if the ability is casted and then the first scythe (which drags enemies back and forth with it) is canceled with a shift-dodge.
I'll post more bugs if I encounter/remember more. Again, I am willing to draw up screenshots or possibly videos of these if needed; though some are much easier to recreate than others.
